5. User Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, schedule, and post using Quantumpost. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of executing your scheduled posts.
6. API Key Usage (Bring Your Own Keys)
For certain platforms, Quantumpost operates on a Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model. You are responsible for acquiring, managing, and securing your own API keys. We are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or rate limits imposed by third-party platforms due to the use of your provided API keys.
7. Data Handling
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the encryption of sensitive tokens and keys during transit and at rest.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantumpost and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
