- Social Media Tokens: Authorization tokens and API keys required to post on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Quantumpost service.
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- Publish content to your connected social media platforms at scheduled times.
- Analyze usage trends to improve the application.
3. Third-Party Services
Quantumpost utilizes third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and database hosting. We also interact directly with various social platform APIs including Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Telegram, and WhatsApp. These third parties may collect information as dictated by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
We prioritize the security of your data. All sensitive OAuth tokens, passwords, and API keys are encrypted both in transit (via SSL/TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.
5. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) Data Handling
For platforms requiring BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys), your API keys are encrypted upon entry and stored securely. They are decrypted only momentarily during the execution of a scheduled post. You have the ability to delete these keys from our servers at any time.
6. OAuth Tokens Handling
When you connect a social media account via OAuth, we receive an authorization token that allows us to post on your behalf. We do not receive or store your login credentials (passwords) for these external platforms.
7. TikTok Data Usage
When you connect your TikTok account to Quantumpost, we access the following through the TikTok API:
- Content Publishing: We use your TikTok authorization to publish video content that you create and schedule within Quantumpost. We only post content you explicitly initiate.
- Account Information: We access your TikTok display name and account identifier solely to display your connected account within the Quantumpost dashboard.
- Token Storage: Your TikTok OAuth token is encrypted at rest and in transit. It is used exclusively for publishing content on your behalf and is never shared with third parties.
What we do NOT do with your TikTok data:
- We do not read, analyze, or store your existing TikTok videos or comments.
- We do not access your TikTok followers, following lists, or direct messages.
- We do not sell or share your TikTok data with any third party.
- We do not use your TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond basic post delivery confirmation.
You may revoke Quantumpost's access to your TikTok account at any time by disconnecting it in your Quantumpost Settings or by revoking access directly in your TikTok account settings under "Manage permissions." Upon disconnection, your TikTok token is permanently deleted from our servers.
8. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and all associated data, including tokens and scheduled posts.
- Export: Download a copy of your content and scheduled data.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and ensure secure authentication. We may also use anonymous analytics tracking to understand aggregate usage patterns, but we do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.
10. Children's Privacy
Quantumpost is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
11. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Scheduled posts that have been successfully published may be retained in your history log unless you explicitly delete them. Upon account deletion, all personal data and tokens are permanently removed from our active databases.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
13. Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Quantumpost after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
